摘要

遇水膨胀橡胶目前在水利工程等方面得到了广泛的应用,但其普遍存在吸水膨胀率低,以及反复浸水后的膨胀率和拉伸强度均降的问题。通过优化橡胶本体、补强体系、吸水树脂、硫化体系和加工助剂的种类和配比,有效提高了遇水膨胀橡胶的拉伸强度、膨胀率、反复浸水后膨胀率和拉伸强度,制备出性能优异且价格低廉的产品。

Abstract

Water swelling rubber is now widely used in water conservancy projects.There are some general problems of low water absorption expansion rate,low expansion rate and tensile strength after repeated immersion.Through optimization the rubber,reinforcing system,water absorbent resin,vulcanization system,and processing aids of the type and proportion,the tensile strength,expansion rate,expansion rate and tensile strength after repeated immersion of water swelling rubber were enhanced.Meanwhile the water swelling rubber with excellent properties and low price was prepared.
